Terms of Service

You may use TripAmp to create, join, and participate in travel experiences, subject to these Terms and any access limits shown in the product. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for activity through your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you should use TripAmp with permission from a parent or guardian.

A trip creator controls the TripAmp they create and may invite others to participate. Information and activity intended for a trip may be visible to other authorized people in that trip. Do not add information you are not comfortable sharing with those participants.

You keep ownership of content you submit to TripAmp. You give TripAmp a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transform, and display that content as needed to operate the service, build your TripAmp, generate requested content, and provide the experience to people you authorize.

You represent that you have the right to provide the material you upload or submit and that doing so does not violate another person's rights.

TripAmp uses automated and AI-assisted tools to organize information and create travel content. Generated material can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. TripAmp is designed to make trips more engaging, not to replace official or professional advice.

Always verify important details such as reservations, opening hours, transportation, weather, entry requirements, health and safety guidance, laws, prices, and other time-sensitive information with an appropriate official or primary source before relying on it.

Do not misuse TripAmp, attempt to access another person's account or private trip, interfere with security or service operation, upload malicious material, use the service for unlawful purposes, or use TripAmp in a way that infringes the rights of others.

TripAmp is still being tested. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed, and the service may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. Please keep your own copy of information that would be difficult to replace.

Participants can currently join trips for free, and paid creator access is not yet open. If paid features become available, the price, included usage, renewal terms, refund terms, and any promotional conditions presented at checkout will apply to that purchase. Promotional pricing may be limited in time and may change for future purchases or renewals.

TripAmp may use or link to third-party services, destinations, businesses, media, maps, booking providers, or other resources. TripAmp does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, policies, products, or services.

TripAmp and its software, design, branding, and original service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of TripAmp itself or permission to copy, resell, or exploit the service except as expressly allowed.

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, address misuse, comply with law, or operate the beta. You may stop using TripAmp at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TripAmp is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or fitness for a particular travel purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TripAmp will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or incidental damages arising from use of the service. TripAmp's aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid TripAmp during the 12 months before the claim or $50.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms as TripAmp evolves. If a change is material, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when reasonably appropriate.
